ORDERS
At the moment all orders need to be placed via our website as this will allow us to make sure all orders and inventory levels are accurate. However, if you would like help navigating our web ordering system for the first time or run into difficulty please contact us.
Yes! We offer click and collect. Please select 'Pick-Up' at the checkout and tell us what time you would like your order to be ready for collection in the 'Order Notes' section.
Credit card information is transmitted to Kind Grocer from an encrypted server and details are deleted after use. We do not see them.
RETURNS
If you feel as though any part of your order has been damaged, please send a description and photos to penelope@kindgrocer.nz and we will get back to you.
If you would like to return a product for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We generally do not offer returns; however our customer service team will be happy to help you find a solution
